Confidentiality Acknowledgment
This Confidentiality Acknowledgment (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below, between:
Disclosing Party: Wayne Mareci, founder of My Success Story ("mysuccessstory.mareci.com")
Receiving Party: The individual identified by signature below
1. Purpose
The Disclosing Party wishes to share certain non-public information relating to the My Success Story application, including its concept, methodology, AI prompting approach, product roadmap, and business model (collectively, "Confidential Information"), for the purpose of discussion, evaluation, feedback, or collaboration.
2. Confidentiality Obligation
The Receiving Party agrees to:
- Hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence;
- Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent;
- Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose described above.
3. Exclusions
This Agreement does not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) was already known to the Receiving Party before disclosure; or (c) is independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of the Confidential Information.
4. Duration
This Agreement is effective from the date of signing and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This is a simplified confidentiality acknowledgment intended for informal advisory and evaluation relationships.
